Health & Safety requirements for food & drink stalls

Please find below the checklist for all items we require by Thursday 28th March 2024. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to trade on the day.

Please email all of the below to support@londoneid.com by the deadline - Thursday 28th March 2024

  1. Most recent Food Hygiene Rating Scheme Score (minimum 3) and relevant to the named unit

  2. Please specify which local authority your unit is registered with.

  3. Employers Liability insurance certificate London Eid Festival, Westfield London, W12

  4. Public Liability insurance certificate min £5 Million

  5. Food Hygiene training: Please provide evidence that all food handlers have level 2 certification (or Equivalent)

  6. Pat test certificate for all electrical equipment on site

  7. HACCP documentation - Please use the template below if you require assistance

8. Risk assessment - Please use the template below if you require assistance

9. Allergen information

10. Food & drink health & safety form (below)

11. Electrical requirements form

12. Declaration form
